Meditation you don’t need to think about

BLANK uses Vedic Meditation, a simple technique that works for our busy, ‘want-it-now’ Western minds.

We don’t believe in meditating ‘right’, just regularly. Overtime, practise becomes habit and minds become mindful.

The course consists of 4 x 90-minute sessions held over 4 consecutive days.

No brain is the same, yet everybody wants the same thing: a happy life.
When it feels out of reach, we can lose ourselves; ‘happy’ feels like a place we can’t get to.
Meditation is the antidote to this rollercoaster, taking you to your happy place, no matter what’s going on around you.

The Vedic technique teaches you how to welcome and work with your thoughts.

It takes your worry mind, gives it a hug and calms it down… go BLANK.

Meditation doesn’t change how you think, it challenges you to choose what’s worth thinking about.

Not just for daydreamers and spiritual seekers

Hi. I’m Sim. It feels important to let you know – I do live in your world.

I’m not sitting on a mountain top, living in ‘love and light’ or doing a downward facing dog every time I feel anxious. I don’t have time for that.

Nope! I have a 9-to-5. Travel extensively for work and pleasure. And maintain an active social life and an all round fun, healthy lifestyle.

Meditation has been my rudder for more than 10 years now and everyday, it allows me to access my inner reserves, shut out the noise and then launch back into my day with a fresh perspective and a different approach to problem solving.

It’s a power tool I have for life and it’s simply too good not to share with you.

All that’s required is yourself

You don’t need to give up anything or buy into the latest tech.
Do it at the beach, on the bus or wherever life takes you.

asked questions

I don’t have any previous meditation experience. Will I be able to learn?

You sure will. Our 4 session course is designed for people (from adults to kids) with little to no meditation experience. The practice itself is simple and natural. You’ll experience the benefits of vedic meditation from your very first session, with plenty of support after the course to help make meditation a daily practise.

How long is the course?

The course consists of 4 x 90-minute sessions held over 4 consecutive days, where we practice meditation in each session.

What if I have a really short attention span?

That’s ok! In Vedic meditation thoughts are a part of the process, so there is no need to still the mind or focus on any one thing. You’re also likely to find your attention span increases throughout your practise.

Where do you teach?

Simone teaches and runs classes at the InSpirit Urban Retreat in Camberwell, Victoria, 3127.

Enough hesitation.
It’s time for liberation.
