I’m not sitting on a mountain top, living in ‘love and light’ or doing a downward facing dog every time I feel anxious. I don’t have time for that.
Nope! I have a 9-to-5. Travel extensively for work and pleasure. And maintain an active social life and an all round fun, healthy lifestyle.
Meditation has been my rudder for more than 10 years now and everyday, it allows me to access my inner reserves, shut out the noise and then launch back into my day with a fresh perspective and a different approach to problem solving.
It’s a power tool I have for life and it’s simply too good not to share with you.
You sure will. Our 4 session course is designed for people (from adults to kids) with little to no meditation experience. The practice itself is simple and natural. You’ll experience the benefits of vedic meditation from your very first session, with plenty of support after the course to help make meditation a daily practise.
The course consists of 4 x 90-minute sessions held over 4 consecutive days, where we practice meditation in each session.
That’s ok! In Vedic meditation thoughts are a part of the process, so there is no need to still the mind or focus on any one thing. You’re also likely to find your attention span increases throughout your practise.
